Zish Rosenbach-Ziembinski is a registered Clinical Psychologist. His professional practice as a psychotherapist extends over more than 35 years, in Perth and overseas, and he now works in private practice in Margaret River.
Zish's special interests include working with people experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship problems, generational and family issues, separation, grief and loss, mid-life change, and the difficulties that come with adjusting to major life transitions.
He works with adult individuals, couples and groups, and is especially interested in the difficulties people experience in developing and maintaining mutually nourishing, satisfying relationships, including creating and sustaining closeness and clear boundaries with others. Many people seek Zish's support when they feel miserable, lonely, misunderstood or dissatisfied with life, or when they feel anxious, shy, or personally lost or confused.
Zish has been actively involved in promoting Psychotherapy as a profession in Australia for many years. He has completed training as a Gestalt Psychotherapist and is a Graduate of the Gestalt Therapy Institute of Perth. As well as conducting his private practice, Zish is active in training psychotherapists in Australia and Europe. He is currently a Co-Director of the Gestalt Training Institute West Australia and has been a Guest Faculty Trainer at Gestalt Associates Training Los Angeles' annual two week Residential Training Program in Europe, since 1995. Zish also offers ongoing professional supervision to practising psychologists and psychotherapists.
Rebates
As a registered Clinical Psychologist, clients seeing Zish may be able to claim rebates through their Private Health Insurance. With a referral from a General Practitioner, clients may alternatively claim Medicare rebates under the Better Access to Psychological Services scheme.
